2. Products All items are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown. Personalised or custom items are made to order and are non-returnable.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

4. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on each product listing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
