Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times All Metal Moo products are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We ship within the UK and internationally. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or busy periods.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• UK: 2–4 working days
• Europe: 5–10 working days
• Rest of World: 7–14 working days

3. Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided via your order confirmation or dispatch notification email.

4. Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at simon@metal-moo.co.uk. For lost parcels, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us, as carriers may experience delays.

5. Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Metal Moo has no control over these charges.

6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
